Welcome to Natak. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application ("App") distributed on the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall and cease using the App immediately.
1. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
2. Third-Party Content & YouTube Integration
Our App facilitates the viewing of video content hosted and delivered by third parties, primarily YouTube.
- YouTube API Services: This App implements YouTube API Services. By using Natak to view video content, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in and to the videos played in the App belong to their respective creators and owners. Natak does not claim ownership of, or responsibility for, any third-party video content streamed through the App.
- Compliance: Users must not attempt to download, scrape, distribute, or modify content retrieved via our App in violation of the respective platform's policies.
3. Advertisements & Platform Policies
Our App serves advertisements provided by the Facebook Audience Network (Meta) and Google. When interacting with ads inside the App, you agree to comply with Meta's and Google's respective advertising and community guidelines. You are prohibited from using automated clicks, bots, or any form of fraudulent activity to manipulate advertisements within the App.
4. Prohibited Activities
As a condition of your use of the App, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Modify, disrupt, or disable any security features or API limits within the App.
- Use the App to promote hate speech, harassment, violence, or any form of illegal activity.
- Access third-party APIs through the App in any manner not authorized by the platform policies of Google, Meta, or YouTube.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
"AS IS" BASIS:
Natak is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the completeness, security, or reliability of the video content fetched from third-party APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natak and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to access the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate revisions by changing the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
